1. Scope: These terms and conditions apply to the booking and use of vacation accommodations offered via the website www.weekendwise.de and via third-party platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or FeWo-direkt. The contractual partner is weekendwise, Nadine Vogl, Antoninusstr. 17, 60439 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
2. Conclusion of contract: By booking accommodation via our website or a third-party platform, a binding rental agreement is concluded between the guest and Weekendwise. The booking is considered confirmed as soon as a booking confirmation has been sent by email.
3. Terms of payment: The total rental price is due immediately upon booking. Payment is made online via the respective booking system or by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed. No deposit is required.
4. Cancellation and rebooking: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the accommodation. The regulations specified in the respective booking are decisive. Rebookings are only possible on request and subject to availability.
5. Use of the accommodation: The accommodation may only be used by the number of persons specified in the booking. Commercial use or subletting is not permitted. The guest undertakes to treat the accommodation with care and to report any damage immediately.
6. Arrival and departure: Check-in and check-out times are specific to each property and are stated in the booking confirmation. Late departure may incur additional costs.
7. Liability: Weekendwise is not liable for short-term equipment failures or disruptions due to force majeure (e.g., weather, power failure). Liability for guests' personal belongings is excluded.
8. Data protection: Personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of processing the booking and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
9. Final provisions: German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is, to the extent permissible, the registered office of the company. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
General Terms and Conditions for Administrative Services
1. Scope: These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between weekendwise (Nadine Vogl, Antoninusstr. 17, 60439 Frankfurt am Main), hereinafter referred to as the “service provider,” and owners of vacation properties, hereinafter referred to as the “client,” for the provision of management and rental services.
2. Subject matter of the contract: weekendwise takes over the operational management of the vacation accommodation on behalf of the owner. This includes, among other things: creating advertisements, guest communication, booking processing, cleaning coordination, key management, and other individually agreed services.
3. Conclusion of contract: A contract is concluded by signing a written service contract. Supplementary individual agreements must be made in writing.
4. Remuneration: Remuneration is based on commission or separately agreed flat rates. The exact remuneration and payment terms are specified in the individual service contract.
5. Obligations of the owner: The owner undertakes to provide complete and truthful information about the property, to take out the necessary insurance and to allow the service provider access to the property. 6. Liability: Weekendwise is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. The owner is liable for damages caused by third parties (e.g., guests, cleaning service providers).
7. Contract term and termination: The contract term is agreed upon individually. The contract can be terminated in writing with 90 days' notice to the end of the month. The right to terminate the contract without notice for good cause remains unaffected.
8. Data protection: Weekendwise undertakes to treat all data received in the course of the cooperation as confidential. The website's privacy policy applies. 9. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law: German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permissible, the registered office of the service provider.
